If you have a vacant property in Berlin we can assist you in looking after it. Our services include regular on-site visitations with reporting, access for 3rd parties (services/repairs..) and mailbox/key management. In fact we can tailor a service plan especially for you. Everything you need to make sure your property is taken care of while you´re not there all in a fixed monthly price.
